Flu season has arrived, and the COVID-19 vaccine is somewhere on the horizon (and with it, some hope of a return to relative normalcy). Many employers are thinking about when and how to implement policies on vaccinations and how to manage the range of responses from employees. This session will discuss some of the issues involved with administering a vaccine policy or program, including managing various accommodation requests and maintaining a safe workplace.
