HARRISBURG, Pa. – (November 9, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Nicole Kaylor will serve as a panelist discussing valuations, forensics and transactions at the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA)’s Transaction Advisory Services Conference Webcast on Wednesday, November 18, 2020.
Kicking off the event, Nicole and two other panelists will provide an outlook on lower middle-market private transactions and economic impacts, banking and financing, the state of forensic accounting, and mergers and acquisitions.
