Harrisburg, PA. (February 25, 2015) – Three McNees Wallace & Nurick attorneys have been recognized by Best Lawyers® as “Lawyers of the Year” for 2015. Lawyer of the Year is an honor afforded to a single lawyer in specific high-profile legal specialties in large legal communities. The three McNees lawyers to receive the recognition areAlan R. Boynton Jr., James W. Kutz and Daniel J. Malpezzi.
Boynton, recognized for Commercial, Bet-the Company Litigation, is the Chair of the Firm’s Injunction group and is also a member of the Litigation and Intellectual Property groups. His practice includes pursuing and defending matters requiring prompt attention of the courts. He received his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law.
Malpezzi, recognized for Banking and Finance Law, is co-chair of the Financial Services and Public Finance group. His practice includes a broad range of tax-exempt bond, public finance and corporate finance law, focusing on commercial lending and business transactions, banking and finance, public finance, tax-exempt bonds and other capital markets transactions, and real estate matters. He received his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law.
Kutz, recognized for Construction Litigation, focuses his practice primarily on the resolution and litigation of breach of contract and breach of warranty claims, with a concentration in the area of construction litigation and public procurement law. He handles a wide range of construction related matters for contractors, owners and design professionals, and regularly litigates construction claims in federal and state courts. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
