HARRISBURG, PA. (February 22, 2015) – Attorney Susan Kim has joined the law firm of McNees Wallace and Nurick LLC (McNees). Kim joins the firm as Of Counsel and will be resident in McNees’ Harrisburg office and will practice with the firm’s Real Estate Group, where she will focus on transactional real estate matters.
Kim advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions and development. She specializes in complex transactions and has represented institutional investors, investment and commercial banks, and for-profit and not-for-profit developers nationwide in the sale, acquisition, leasing, financing and development of commercial and residential real estate.
Prior to joining McNees Wallace & Nurick, she practiced at large law firms in New York and Miami and in-house with a non-profit real estate asset management and development subsidiary of a large university.
Kim received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Barnard College, Columbia University. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and Florida.
