HARRISBURG, Pa. – (September 27, 2021) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC will host a webinar with its subsidiary Keystone Municipal Solutions focused on best practices for municipal manager succession planning on Thursday, October 7, 2021. McNees attorney and KMS President Adam Santucci will moderate the roundtable discussion that will provide key insights for municipalities in the Commonwealth.
Manager vacancies are common, with many long-term managers considering retirement and others taking advantage of the current hot job market. The presentation, featuring Brooke Queenan and David Anthony of Keystone Municipal Solutions, will examine the current trend and provide listeners with best practices to consider before and after a municipal or authority manager position becomes vacant.
As Chair of the McNees Public Finance and Government Services Practice Group and a member of the Labor & Employment Group, Adam Santucci collaborates with businesses, non-profits and government entities to provide creative solutions to solve the difficult problems that arise in today’s workplace. Brooke Queenan regularly assists municipalities with recruiting for managers and David Anthony recently retired after more than 30 years of municipal leadership experience. All three are part of Keystone Municipal Solutions, a subsidiary of McNees that provides municipalities with interim management and professional consulting services.
