FREDERICK, Md. – McNees Wallace & Nurick announces that specialist Amy York has joined the firm’s Energy and Environmental practice group.
Prior to joining McNees, Amy spent over 16 years in the energy industry. She has worked with commercial, industrial and governmental clients to develop purchasing strategies, integrate renewable purchases and manage large energy spends for PJM Load Serving Entities and subaccounts.
York has held various sales and analyst positions over those 16 years with EnerNOC Inc, Duke Energy, Bollinger Energy, and Eildon Associates. She has outstanding attention to detail with clients, winning awards from both Hess and EnerNOC Inc recognizing those skills.
York received a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in business administration from Elon College, and is a Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP) recognized by the Association of Energy Engineers.
