HARRISBURG, Pa. — Helix Strategies, LLC President Dr. Ivy R. Buchan is sharing career advice and business operation tips to attendees of the women professionals. Her session will cover communication, negotiation, grit, preparedness and resilience, to name a few.
The Business Women’s Forum, in its 29th year, is recognized as the largest one-day professional development and tradeshow event in the central Pennsylvania region. This is Buchan’s third time presenting.
Buchan is president of Helix Strategies, LLC, which works with organizations to develop strategic solutions to fundraising and leadership challenges for their sustainable success. By working with these boards and leadership teams, she strengthens their development strategies, strategic planning, program evaluation and governance processes.
