Tim Horstmann and Erik Hume will be presenting Public / Private Partnerships to the Capital Region COG on October 19, 2015. This presentation will examine the public / private partnership recently utilized by Middletown, PA, as well as discuss how public / private partnerships can help municipalities address financial needs while protecting both the long-term health of the community and the interests of the public.
