As Director of Billing at McNees, Tena leads a team of Billing Coordinators, overseeing all aspects of the firm’s billing operations. She oversees the preparation of client invoices with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, improving client experience. Tena is committed to driving continuous improvement and identifying and implementing process enhancements that boost efficiency while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
With 30 years of experience in law firms, including 20 years in legal billing, Tena brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She spent 24 years at Blumling & Gusky, LLP in Pittsburgh, PA, including 17 years as the Billing Manager. Following the firm’s merger with McNees in 2021, she joined as a Billing Coordinator. Her leadership and knowledge led to her appointment as Interim Billing Manager in 2023. Tena was then promoted to her current role as Director of Billing, where she continues to strengthen the firm’s billing function.
