Rochelle R. Koerbel is a member of McNees’ Labor and Employment, Litigation and Real Estate and Construction Groups, where she concentrates on litigating construction, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), personal injury defense, commercial, and employment matters.
Rochelle has over a quarter of a century of experience litigating personal injury actions on behalf of construction companies; providing counsel on employment and labor issues and OSHA compliance in the construction industry; and both prosecuting and defending construction claims and contracts in federal and state court as well as alternative dispute forums, such as the American Arbitration Association.
Rochelle was a partner at Blumling & Gusky LLP, a Pittsburgh-based boutique construction and real estate law firm for over 20 years. Prior to that, Rochelle worked at a mid-sized law firm, practicing in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, general defense litigation, and occupational illness litigation.
Rochelle earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Law, graduating cum laude, in 1996. She earned her B.S. in Administration of Justice and Spanish, with distinction and honors, in 1993 from Pennsylvania State University.
