Rick M. Grams is a litigator who has represented clients in all aspects of legal matters throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania in state and federal courts involving residential and commercial landlord/tenant matters, contracts, automobile accidents, real estate, fair housing, employment and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law.
In his real estate practice, Rick represents property management companies and property owners in landlord/tenant matters including breach of lease, rent escrow, tenant holding over, bankruptcy and fair housing. He also represents condominium associations and homeowner associations, and drafts leases, opinion letters and other documents on behalf of clients.
Rick’s practice additionally includes the defense of individuals accused of serious traffic violations and minor criminal violations; representation of claimants who have either been injured on the job or suffer from occupational disease; and management of estate administration matters.
Before joining McNees, Rick was a member at Sagal, Filbert, Quasney & Betten, P.A., a Towson-based boutique real estate law firm.
