Lara Bream is a litigation attorney with the McNees Litigation Group, assisting clients across various industries with business disputes, liability claims, and administrative matters. Lara is also involved in matters relating to special education and education law, where she advises universities, colleges, school districts, and educational institutions with state and federal regulations, liability risk management, contract matters, and civil rights claims.

Before joining McNees, Lara worked as a claims consultant, guiding clients from various industries and backgrounds through the professional liability process. Her professionalism and attention to detail enabled her to manage hundreds of cases, from investigation to litigation.

Prior to that, she practiced as an associate attorney in professional liability, defending clients in federal and state proceedings and providing guidance on policies and procedures to ensure compliance. She also contributed to complex commercial construction litigation through in-depth legal research and case strategy.
