Jordan is a corporate attorney who regularly works with businesses through all phases of a transaction, from negotiation and due diligence to closing, and assists in mergers and acquisitions and complex financing transactions. She has experience in corporate governance issues, bankruptcy matters, capital markets and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining McNees, Jordan practiced corporate law with a focus on commercial finance a Global 100 firm. There, she drafted and negotiated terms for documents including operating agreements, shareholder agreements and credit agreements and assisted with complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and equity and venture capital transactions involving cannabis, education, energy, banking institutions and private equity firms.
Jordan also worked at Porsche USA, where she analyzed the use of telematic vehicles, including privacy matters, and the implementation of a new U.S. leasing program; Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, researching and assisting in client matters involving copyright, trademark and patent law; and a York, Pa.- based firm drafting memoranda regarding corporate transactions and media law.
When she is not practicing law, Jordan enjoys running, Alabama football and playing with her dog Bo.
