As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Jenna is responsible for the overall management and efficiency of the firm’s operations. She collaborates with leadership to drive strategic growth across all regions and facilitates organizational change and development initiatives with a focus on operational excellence.

Since joining McNees in 2021 as the firm’s first Chief Practice Officer, Jenna has guided the firm through market expansion, strategically enhancing the scope and reach of client services. She continues to lead the firm’s practice management efforts, providing ongoing support to practice group chairs and department leaders in the day-to-day management and business operations of their respective teams, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional client service. Jenna also spearheads lateral talent acquisition efforts and explores strategic law firm acquisition opportunities to further enhance the firm’s capabilities and market position.

She also serves as the executive sponsor for the firm’s engagement council, Relationships Enriched through Appreciation, Core values and Health (REACH). The committee works to identify and implement programs and opportunities that promote internal connection and wellness. Jenna is passionate about creating a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging and serves in an advisory role to the firm’s DEIB committee.

Jenna has an extensive background in marketing, business development and practice management cultivated through leadership roles at regional law firms, a national independent financial and investment advisory firm, and a global technology company.
