Erica is an attorney with experience advising government issuers, school districts and nonprofit entities in connection with tax-exempt and taxable transactions, as well as representing both lenders and borrowers in traditional bank and commercial lending. Erica also practices in the area of automotive buy/sells.

As bond counsel and borrower’s counsel, Erica provides legal advice to a broad range of public and nonprofit clients on tax-exempt and taxable transactions. In addition, she represents lenders and borrowers in complex financing and refinancing transactions, including construction loans, revolving lines of credit, and syndicated loans, ranging in size from small business loan transactions to large, multi-million-dollar deals. Her experience also extends to counseling clients on public sector matters, including Pennsylvania’s election law and Right-to-Know law, and assisting automotive dealers in the area of automotive buy/sells.

Erica is the current President of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers.

Prior to joining McNees, Erica interned for the National Association of College and University Attorneys, where she researched issues relating to higher education law. She also served as policy director for the Pennsylvania Department of Education where she supported the research, design and implementation of statewide education policy.
