Deb practices in all areas of family law and offers all process options including litigation, collaborative law and mediation. Deb is an experienced advocate in all family law matters. Deb also focuses her practice on the preparation of pre nuptial agreements.
She is a frequent lecturer on family law topics across the state. Deb has been active in the collaborative law movement in Pennsylvania since its inception and has held multiple leadership positions both locally and statewide. Deb believes that families deserve experienced representation and the right to select how their family will transition into the next phase of their lives. Not only should clients select their family law attorney, but also the process that is best suited for their situation.
Deb has practiced family law for over 20 years and has been a collaboratively trained lawyer for over 10. Deb is also a trained family law mediator. Deb understands that not all family law matters should be handled the same way and feels proud that all process options are offered at the McNees family and collaborative law center.
