Anne Seltzer is a Paralegal in the McNees Litigation Practice Group, comprised of professionals whose goal is to provide cllients with an effective, positive, and speedy resolution to litigation matters. She provides the firm’s litigation attorneys with support on client matters and brings valuable knowledge of the systems and procedures of the appellate, state and federal courts in addition to local courts across Pennsylvania. In her role, she assists with reviewing, preparing and analyzing legal documents as well as conducting legal research
Anne is experienced with helping attorneys prepare for trials by compiling and preparing draft discovery responses, organizing exhibits and other critical information. She also communicates with clients, experts and witnesses to coordinate meetings and gathering necessary information. Anne joined McNees in 2019 as a legal assistant and has developed strong working relationships with the attorneys that she supports.
