Prior to joining McNees, Alicia served in a marketing and development leadership position at a psychiatric residential treatment program for children suffering with mental health diagnoses and in a fundraising position for a Catholic charity organization.

What does Alicia do in her spare time?
During her free time, Alicia enjoys attending concerts and sporting events, spending time at the beach or on the lake, spoiling her niece and nephew, and making memories with her friends and family.
