HARRISBURG, Pa. – (July 29, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is pleased to announce Nicholas Fox is among Central Penn Business Journal’s 2020 Forty Under 40 award recipients.
Each year, an outside panel of judges that includes previous winners select 40 Central Pa. leaders 40 years old and younger based on their commitment to business growth, professional excellence, and community service. Nick and the other Forty Under 40 award recipients will be honored on a virtual stage on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. For more information on the event, click here.
At McNees, Nick is active in the Construction & Procurement Law and the Public Finance & Government Services practice groups. He focuses on the commercial construction industry where he regularly represents stakeholders in complex construction projects and procurement matters. Nick also counsels manufacturers that supply product to the construction industry. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Nick worked as a project manager for a large commercial general contractor serving the Washington D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan areas. He brings his first-hand industry experience to his law practice.
Since 2017, Nick has served as the Board Chairperson for ACE Mentor Program of Central Pennsylvania, where he supports the organization’s mission to educate high school students on the varied and exciting career opportunities in architecture, construction, engineering, and related fields. ACE accomplishes this mission through mentoring, experiential learning, and a structured academic program.
