HARRISBURG, Pa. – (October 12, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Samantha Fugagli. Samantha joins the firm as an Associate in the Harrisburg office.
Samantha practices in the McNees Corporate and Tax group. She has experience in advising clients ranging from small partnerships and closely held corporations to large publicly traded companies on tax planning and strategic solutions related to complex restructurings, acquisitions, and integrations of their international operations. Additionally, Samantha has advised on U.S. federal income tax compliance and late relief matters.
Samantha earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Gannon University.
