HARRISBURG, Pa. – (January 27, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Carol Verish Houck to the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Carol Verish Houck works on a variety of construction law and transactional matters, representing clients in the development, leasing, purchase and sale of real estate. She has extensive experience negotiating deals of all sizes from letter of intent through agreement of sale, due diligence and closing. In addition, Carol assists clients in obtaining and negotiating favorable financing for projects and review of loan documents. Finally, Carol’s practice includes the development of residential and commercial condominiums, and planned communities.
Carol received her law degree from Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and her undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
