HARRISBURG, PA (April 5, 2016) – McNees Wallace & Nurick welcomes new Associate, Alexandra M. Ableitner, to the firm’s Corporate & Tax Practice Group. Alex will practice in the firm’s Harrisburg office with a focus on Business Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance and Contracts.
Prior to joining McNees, Alex worked as a staff attorney for Penn National Insurance. She assisted business units in implementing platforms for company directives; drafted and reviewed contracts; analyzed developments in compliance regulations and worked to establish up-to-date guidelines for managers in the insurance industry.
She is an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Harrisburg Young Professionals, and the United Way Bridges Society and Women’s Leadership Network.
Alex is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations. She received her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas.
