HARRISBURG, Pa. – (July 29, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC announces the addition of Austin W. Wolfe to the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group.Austin works with employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including employment discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, wage and hour compliance, and workers’ compensation matters. He represents clients before federal and state courts as well as a variety of administrative tribunals, including the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. His broad litigation and transactional experience allow him to creatively and efficiently resolve his clients’ issues.
Austin earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, a Master of Science degree from University of Denver and his undergraduate degree from Temple University.
