Columbus, OH (Dec. 2, 2015) -McNees attorneys Samuel Randazzo and Donald Keller have been recognized as 2016 Ohio Super Lawyers. Super Lawyers distinguishes the top five percent of attorneys in each state in more than 70 practice areas, and recognizes those who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Super Lawyer Samuel C. Randazzo, who has spent the last five decades solving issues affecting the price and availability of communications, natural gas, electricity and other regulated services, is a Member in the firm’s Columbus Ohio office. He is a member of the Energy and Environmental and Energy, Communications and Utility practice groups. In his practice, Randazzo developed Ohio’s innovative self-help natural gas program, assisted with the implementation of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, acted as chief guide on Ohio utility legislation and has acted as general counsel to the Industrial Energy Users-Ohio. He also practices in the Government Relations practice group. He has been recognized by “The Best Lawyers in America®, Public Utility Law and Energy Law” since 1995 and previously named an Ohio Super Lawyer in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2014 and 2015.
Randazzo received his J.D. from Capital University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Akron. He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, before the United States Supreme Court and the Federal District Courts in the Southern District of Ohio, as well as the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Third Circuit. He is also a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) and the Columbus Bar Association (CBA).
Super Lawyer Donald R. Keller practices in the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. Keller concentrates his practice on private and public sector labor relations, equal employment opportunity, general employment and labor law. He serves as lead trial counsel in employment discrimination litigation. Keller is the former chief in-house labor counsel for the City of Columbus, Ohio.
Keller has been recognized by “The Best Lawyers in America®” annually since 2007 claiming the Best LawyersColumbus Labor and Employment Litigation “Lawyer of the Year” in 2015. He has been named to the Ohio Super Lawyers listing annually since 2007, has been recognized since 2013 by ChambersUSA in Labor & Employment Law, and has been honored as a Top Rated Lawyer in Labor & Employment by Corporate Counsel, the National Law Journal and The American Lawyer.
Keller received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Heidelberg University. He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, before the United States Supreme Court, the Federal District Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, as well as the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Sixth Circuit. Keller is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Columbus Bar Association.
