LANCASTER, Pa. – (May 15, 2018) McNees Wallace & Nurick Labor & Employment attorneys, Adam Santucci and Crystal Clark, will present at this year’s CCAP County Administration Conference at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center in Centre County on Wednesday, May 30, 2018.
Adam and Crystal’s session is titled “ADA Compliance: An Interactive Session on the Interactive Process.” It will provide attendees with key insights regarding compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, with a particular emphasis on navigating the required reasonable accommodation interactive process.
Adam is Chair of the McNees Public Sector Practice Group and is a member of the Labor & Employment and Food & Beverage Practice Groups. He provides proactive advice and counsel to employers with respect to labor and employment law matters. In addition, he helps employers solve the difficult problems that arise in today’s workplace, and he zealously represents employers facing lawsuits or other claims by employees or former employees. He also asserts employers’ rights when they are facing government investigations or audits.
Crystal is a member of the McNees Labor & Employment and Public Sector Practice Groups. In addition to ADA compliance, she represents and counsels employers on harassment and discrimination, FMLA, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Civil Service/Merit Based Hiring compliance, unemployment compensation, collective bargaining and labor arbitrations. She advises clients on all facets of state and federal employment laws and conducts training for both clients and the bar on employment legal matters.
