HARRISBURG, Pa. – (November 4, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Sharon Paxton is slated to present a Pennsylvania tax update at the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants’ 2019 Advanced Tax Institute being held in Baltimore, Maryland on November 11-14.
On November 14, Sharon and three other state tax professionals will provide tax updates impacting Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia and D.C. The session will cover how these states are continuing to address the aftermath of Federal Tax Reform and how they are handling continuing developments as a result of recent state tax court cases.

Sharon is Vice Chair of the McNees State and Local Tax Practice Group where she assists clients with a broad range of state and local tax matters, with an emphasis on sales and use tax appeals. She represents taxpayers in proceedings before the Board of Appeals, the Board of Finance and Revenue, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
