HARRISBURG, Pa. – (October 14, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Stephanie J. Sprenkle will participate in a “Ask the Pros” roundtable hosted by CCIM and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Philadelphia on Wednesday, October 23 in Philadelphia.
The event will feature six “pro” tables focused on various real estate topics with the goal of encouraging informal conversation and structured discussion. Stephanie, alongside Eric Goldberg of Stark & Stark, will charge the table covering “Legal Issues Arising in Today’s Commercial Real Estate Market.”
Stephanie has served on the Board of the CREW Philadelphia Chapter since 2015 and served as President in 2018.
Stephanie practices in the McNees Real Estate Practice Group where she assists purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of real property and development of real estate with negotiating development agreements, easement agreements and agreements concerning covenants and restrictions for developers, property owners and tenants. She represents tenants and landlords with respect to commercial leasing particularly in retail and office leasing and financial institutions and borrowers regarding real estate and asset-based lending financing, restructures, and participation and inter-creditor agreements.
