McNees launches Keystone Municipal Solutions

HARRISBURG, Pa. (Jan. 25, 2021) – McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC today announced the launch of Keystone Municipal Solutions, a new subsidiary aimed at providing municipalities with interim management and professional consulting services.
Keystone Municipal Solutions is headquartered in Harrisburg and will serve municipalities across Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.
“When a borough or township manager leaves their position, the daily operations of that municipality can sometimes grind to a halt until the vacancy is filled,” said Adam Santucci, principal of Keystone Municipal Solutions and McNees member attorney. “We recognize the unique challenges that can present to communities. Keystone Municipal Solutions offers those municipalities access to experienced professionals who can keep operations running smoothly until they’ve filled the position.”
Keystone Municipal Solutions offers a range of services customized to fit the needs of municipalities experiencing leadership transitions or other management challenges. In addition to temporary manager services, Keystone Municipal Solutions offers manager recruitment, training, professional development and mentoring services; special project assistance; strategic management consulting; and consulting for human resources, budget and finance, police operations and regionalization or shared services efforts.
McNees Chair Brian Jackson said the idea for the company grew out of the firm’s existing relationships with municipalities from across the state – including through its Labor and Employment and its Public Finance & Government Services practices.
