HARRISBURG, Pa. – (November 25, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Eric Athey will present on the relation between employee health and business performance at the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry’s 2019 Annual Human Resources Conference in Hershey, Pa. on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.
Eric and Brian Orsinger of PCI Insurance will present “Tying Employee Health Outcomes to Business Performance” covering both the legal and consultative viewpoints. The duo will discuss the leading trends driving recent changes and the strategies to develop packages that meet employee needs while controlling costs and improving outcomes.

Eric is Co-Chair of the McNees Labor and Employment Practice Group where he provides counseling and representation to employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including compliance assistance with laws such as the Affordable Care Act, FMLA, ADA, OSHA and wage and hour laws.
