SCRANTON, PA – McNees Wallace & Nurick attorney Joseph Sileo will speak at the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce’s Business Breakfast Briefing on Friday, March 17 from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Hilton Scranton & Conference Center.
A member of the McNees Labor & Employment practice group, Sileo will present “Why and How to Conduct an HR Audit,” and will offer guidance and recommendations on the importance and potential cost-savings benefits of conducting Human Resources audits.
Sileo, of the firm’s Scranton office, counsels and provides advice and training to employers in all industries with respect to employment-related issues, including wage and hour compliance, work performance management, discipline, equal opportunity and fair employment practices, hiring practices and termination decisions, litigation avoidance, employee leave issues, retaliation, non-compete and separation agreements, unemployment compensation, and also in connection with collective bargaining administration and arbitration matters. He frequently represents employers in connection with OSHA and Wage and Hour matters.
