McNees Hosts Dr. Lydia Johnson as Panelist at Annual Food & Beverage Seminar

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (July 30, 2018) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is hosting its second annual Food & Beverage Seminar on Thursday, September 13, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Hollywood Casino in Grantville.

This year’s seminar will feature Dr. Lydia Johnson as a panelist. Johnson is the Director of the Bureau of Food Safety at the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

Johnson previously served as the Assistant Director of the bureau for more than three years. Prior to her work at the department, Johnson, who is a registered and licensed dietitian, was the Director of Nutritional Services at multiple sites of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center for more than 20 years and, more recently, was the Director of Food Services for the South Side Area School District. She also teaches online nutrition and management classes at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Pre-registration costs $99. It will cost $129 the day of the seminar. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m.
