HARRISBURG, Pa. – (May 29, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC announces the addition of Stephanie J. Sprenkle to the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Stephanie assists purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of real property and development of real estate with negotiating development agreements, easement agreements and agreements concerning covenants and restrictions for developers, property owners and tenants. She represents tenants and landlords with respect to commercial leasing particularly in retail and office leasing and financial institutions and borrowers regarding real estate and asset-based lending financing, restructures, and participation and inter-creditor agreements.
Stephanie received her law degree and L.L.M. in taxation from Temple University School of Law and undergraduate degree from The Penn State University.
