HARRISBURG, Pa. – (May 18, 2021) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is pleased to announce the addition of intellectual property attorney Thomas Gulick who has significant experience in prosecution, transactions, and litigations.
Tom has managed worldwide trademark portfolios and obtained numerous U.S. trademark applications. He has represented a wide variety of clients in the food and drink, luxury goods, apparel, software, health care, entertainment, and construction industries for trademark oppositions, UDRP actions, and federal lawsuits involving copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. Tom has worked on many contracts, including licenses, assignments, coexistence and settlement agreements, private label and master service agreements, non-disclosure, and confidentiality agreements. Tom has also counseled clients on advertising, marketing, and trade secret protection programs.
Tom earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University and his undergraduate degree from Boston College.
