HARRISBURG, Pa. – (March 3, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Adam Long and Austin Wolfe are slated to present the Adams County Area Human Resources Association’s Annual Employment Law Update on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
Adam and Austin will provide local human resource professionals with a thorough overview of employment law developments from the past year and discuss employee medical leave law and wage and hour law.

Adam Long practices in the McNees Labor & Employment Practice Group focusing on representing employers in single plaintiff and class-based employment litigation matters before various governmental agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board. Adam represents employers with union-represented workforces in collective bargaining negotiations and grievance arbitrations. He regularly provides advice and counseling to employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including wage and hour compliance; employment discrimination; family and medical leave; labor relations; and non-competition agreements.
Austin Wolfe practices in the McNees Labor & Employment Practice Group, where he works with employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including employment discrimination; workplace harassment; retaliation; wage and hour compliance; and workers’ compensation matters. Austin represents clients before federal and state courts, as well as a variety of administrative tribunals, including the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Austin’s broad litigation and transactional experience allows him to creatively and efficiently resolve his clients’ issues.
