McNees Cybersecurity Attorney to Speak at PA Chamber Conference

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (February 18, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC Devin Chwastyk is slated to speak at the PA Chamber’s 2020 Information Technology Conference in Hershey, Pa. on Thursday, February 20, 2020.
Devin will present “Assessing Your Cyber Security Risk” discussing what elements should be included in an initial risk assessment, and how risks should be weighed to determine what a business is willing to accept as a risk and what is needed to provide immediate protection and solutions. He will also cover best practices including IT policies and procedures to limit the risk of data exposure events.

Devin is Chair of the McNees Privacy & Data Security Practice Group, where he advises clients on how to get ahead of data exposure by developing data security policies, privacy disclosures, breach response plans, and associated training programs.
