HARRISBURG, Pa. – (February 25, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Joseph Chapman to its Personal Injury and Litigation Practice Groups.

Joe dedicates his practice to providing his clients with quality representation that helps ease the mind during difficult times.

For more than a decade, Joe invested his professional career in counseling clients who were injured by tractor trailers, negligent drivers, dangerous dogs and defective property.  He leveraged the best facts from the cases to negotiate settlements and if needed, led his clients through the litigation process resolving claims through mediation, arbitration and trial.  Joe tried vehicle accident cases and took on complex trials lasting over a week as first and second chair; one of which being a bench trial resulting in a multi-million-dollar verdict in Union County.

Prior to practicing law, Joe worked for an insurance agency, which he eventually came to own.  The knowledge acquired through that experience assists in his ability to thoroughly navigate the insurance claims process to the benefit of his clients.

He earned his law degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and his undergraduate degree from Eastern Nazarene College.
