McNees Attorneys to Present on Marital Settlement Agreements for PBI

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (February 24, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Paul Helvy and Debra Cantor are slated to take part in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s course on drafting marital settlement agreements on Thursday, February 27, 2020 in Philadelphia, Pa.; Tuesday, March 3, 2020 in Mechanicsburg, Pa.; and Wednesday, March 4, 2020 in Pittsburgh, Pa.The course, which earned top honors from the International Association for Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA), will cover various aspects of a marital settlement agreement, including child custody, child support, alimony, property, complex assets, retirement, taxes, security and counsel fees.

Paul, who has practiced Domestic and Family Law since his admission to the Bar in 1988, is Chair of the McNees Family and Collaborative Law Practice Group. In his practice, he regularly advises on business valuations in the context of divorce and frequently speaks on the topic.
Debra is in the McNees Family and Collaborative Law Practice Group, where she practices in all areas of family law and offers all process options, including litigation, collaborative law and mediation. Her practice also focuses on prenuptial agreement preparation.
