HARRISBURG, Pa. – (November 25, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Rhonda Weaver, Giuseppina McCarthy and David Evenhuis are slated to present at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s 23rd Annual Real Estate Institute in Philadelphia, Pa. on Thursday, December 5.
Rhonda Weaver and Giuseppina McCarthy will present “Retail Leasing: Let’s Make a Deal.”
David Evenhuis, along with John Brenner Jr. of the PA Department of Revenue, will present “Special Topics in Realty Transfer Tax.”

Rhonda practices in the McNees Real Estate and Construction & Procurement Law Groups. She has extensive experience representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of a wide range of commercial real estate projects. She is well-versed in negotiating leases for retail shopping centers and lifestyle centers, convenience stores, gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, theaters, warehouse facilities, and office, business, and industrial centers on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
Giuseppina practices in the McNees Real Estate, Oil & Natural Gas, and Pipeline and Oil/Gas Infrastructure Groups. She represents commercial, developer, industrial and non-profit clients in the acquisition, development, leasing, and sale of real estate. She also represents real estate investors and lenders, providing support and analysis with respect to real estate issues that may impact the collateral.
David practices in the McNees Real Estate and Public Finance & Government Services Groups. He represents businesses, municipalities and individual clients throughout the entire process of commercial transactions, including negotiation, contract drafting, due diligence and closing. He advises clients about realty transfer tax, right of way easements, manufactured housing communities and real estate brokerage law.
