McNees Attorneys to Participate in PBI’s Family Law Institute

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (April 22, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Debra Cantor and Paul Helvy are slated to take part in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Family Law Institute 2019 in Philadelphia on April 23-24, 2019.
Deb will serve on the panel “A New Norm: Third Parties in Custody” with David L. Ladov, Esq. and the Honorable Maria C. McLaughlin.
As a course planner for the PBI’s Family Law Institute, Paul plays a role in the preparation of the two-day event including the selection of topics.

Deb is in the McNees Family and Collaborative Law Practice Group where she practices in all areas of family law and offers all process options including litigation, collaborative law and mediation. Her practice also focuses on prenuptial agreement preparation.
Paul, who has practiced Domestic and Family Law since his admission to the Bar in 1988, is Chair of the McNees Family and Collaborative Law Practice Group. In his practice, he regularly advises on business valuations in the context of divorce and frequently speaks on the topic.
