McNees Attorneys Among 2018 Lawyers on the Fast Track

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (May 2, 2018) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorneys Dana Chilson and James Franklin are named among The Legal Intelligencer’s 2018 Lawyers on the Fast Track in Pennsylvania.
After being nominated by McNees, Dana and James were selected by a five-member judging panel consisting of legal professionals across the state. A total of 30 attorneys were selected. A formal event will be held on June 27 in Philadelphia to honor the recipients.
“Dana and James continue to show dedication to their work and have achieved excellent results for our clients,” McNees Chairman David Kleppinger said. “We are delighted Dana and James received this well-deserved recognition.”
Dana is Chair of the McNees Insurance Law group and is a member of the Litigation, Financial Services, Injunction, Eminent Domain and Public Sector groups. She focuses her practice on representing commercial and business clients in complex contract challenges and business disputes. She has extensive experience in counseling on shareholder and corporate rights, as well as litigating business divorces.
James practices in the McNees Litigation, Insurance Law, and Transportation, Distribution & Logistics groups. He represents commercial and business clients in a wide variety of disputes and counsels individuals who have suffered personal injuries. Because of his experience representing businesses and individuals, both plaintiffs and defendants, he has a unique ability to assess a case from all angles and anticipate the possible challenges and arguments by opposing parties.
