HARRISBURG, Pa. – (October 4, 2018) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Brian Gregg is slated to present on the topic of trademark and advertising at the Brewers of Pennsylvania’s 4th Annual Mid Atlantic Brewers’ Symposium at the Days Inn Penn State in State College on Friday, October 12, 2018.
Brian’s presentation will focus on how craft breweries can avoid trademark and false advertising problems that can be detrimental to their businesses.

Brian is Chair of the McNees Food & Beverage Practice Group and practices in the Craft Brewery, Intellectual Property and Privacy & Data Security Practice Groups. He focuses on trademark and copyright protection, software and technology services contracts, franchising, food labeling law, internet law and other issues related to the protection and licensing of intellectual property. While he provides legal advice for clients in numerous industries, he has a particular focus assisting craft breweries, wineries and craft liquor distilleries with trademark protection, and development of branding strategies.
