HARRISBURG, Pa. – (October 7, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Renée Lieux will present the webinar “Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements: A New Option for Controlling Employer Health Care Costs in 2020” on Tuesday, October 29 from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Renée will discuss the new for 2020 option for employers to establish an individual coverage HRA to provide employer funding for employees to purchase individual health insurance coverage on or off an Exchange. She will review the benefits of the HRA and what one needs to know in order to establish one.
Renée practices in the McNees Labor & Employment Practice Group where she focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits. She assists both private and publicly traded companies in the negotiation of employment agreements, severance agreements and plans, and director and executive compensation programs. She designs, assists in the implementation of, and analyzes non-qualified deferred compensation plans, equity compensation plans, and cafeteria plans. Clients also seek her assistance with the administration, compliance, and termination of defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, and employee stock purchase plans.
