McNees Attorney Provides Insight on the Preparation of Labor Arbitration Cases

HARRISBURG, Pa. – (November 5, 2020) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC labor and employment attorney Adam Long will present steps to a successful labor arbitration case during an interactive virtual classroom hosted by the American Arbitration Association.  The presentation “Labor Arbitration Advocacy – Case Preparation” will take place Thursday, November 12, 2020.

Along with two other presenters, Adam will explain how to develop a successful labor arbitration case presentation from the ground up, offering a systematic approach to consider and address all dimensions of the case.  The trio will review practical skills, insights, tips, strategies, and information to prepare for labor arbitration.

Adam Long practices in the McNees Labor & Employment Practice Group and represents employers with union-represented workforces in collective bargaining negotiations and grievance arbitrations.  Adam’s practice also includes representing employers in single-plaintiff and class-based employment litigation matters before various governmental agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board.  He regularly provides advice and counseling to employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination; family and medical leave; labor relations; and non-competition agreements.
