McNees Attorney presents at BCAP’s Cable Academy

Harrisburg, Pa. – (March 28, 2018) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC Attorney Adam Long will be presenting “Managing Your Changing Workplace in 2018: Sexual Harassment Claims and Other Legal Challenges for Employers” at the Broadband Cable Association of Pennsylvania’s 30th Annual Cable Academy on April 19th from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Kalahari Resorts in the Poconos.
Adam practices in the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. He represents employers in single plaintiff and class-based employment litigation matters and before various governmental agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board. He also represents employers with union-represented workforces in collective bargaining negotiations and grievance arbitrations. Adam regularly provides advice and counseling to employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, including wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, family and medical leave, labor relations, and non-competition agreements.
