McNees Attorney Nicole Kaylor Appointed to Centric Bank’s Board of Directors

HARRISBURG, PA (June 23, 2016) – McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney Nicole Stezar Kaylor has been appointed to Centric Bank’s board of directors and to the board of governance of Centric Financial Corp., Inc., the holding company for the bank.
Kaylor is a member of McNees’ Corporate & Tax Group, where her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions. In addition to corporate and transactional services, she assists companies with capital raising campaigns, private placement offerings, private equity transactions, and commercial lending transactions.
