HARRISBURG, PA. (June 29, 2015) – Katherine Pandelidis Granbois, attorney at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, was recently elected to serve a one-year term as the United Way’s Vice Chair of Finance and Administration. Resident in the firm’s Lancaster office, Granbois is Of Counsel in the Corporate & Tax, Securities and International Law practice groups.
She concentrates her practice in corporate and business law, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate finance, joint ventures, sales and distribution, and commercial matters for clients ranging in size from family-owned businesses to publicly traded companies. Her practice also includes the formation and counseling of nonprofit corporations.
Granbois received her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Bucknell University. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
In addition to her involvement with the United Way, Granbois is active in the community, serving as a mentor in the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Women in Business mentoring program, and fundraising chair of the Lancaster Youth Amateur Hockey League.
