HARRISBURG, Pa. – (September 17, 2019) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is pleased to announce that attorney Stephanie J. Sprenkle is the 78th inductee into the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network CREW Visionaries program.
The CREW Network, founded in 1989, is a professional association for women in the real estate profession. Its Visionaries program acknowledges individuals who have greatly supported the mission of the CREW Network Foundation, a fund created in 1998 with the goal of advancing women in the commercial real estate industry.
Stephanie has served on the Board of the CREW Philadelphia Chapter since 2015 and served as President in 2018.
Stephanie practices in the McNees Real Estate Practice Group where she assists purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of real property and development of real estate with negotiating development agreements, easement agreements and agreements concerning covenants and restrictions for developers, property owners and tenants. She represents tenants and landlords with respect to commercial leasing particularly in retail and office leasing and financial institutions and borrowers regarding real estate and asset-based lending financing, restructures, and participation and inter-creditor agreements.
