Harrisburg, Pa. – (December 26, 2017) McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC Attorney Alexandra Ableitner has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Pinnacle Health Auxiliary as a board member and parliamentarian. She was recommended by Chris Markley, General Counsel for Pinnacle and appointed to the indefinite term by the Auxiliary President Amy Huck.
Alex’s practice focuses on contracts and regulatory guidance. She works with companies to reach their goals by managing governance documents, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, and staying up-to-date on ever-changing healthcare and food law regulations.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex worked in-house for Penn National Insurance and interned for the international legal department of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., as well as Tyson Foods, Inc.
