HARRISBURG, PA. (Aug. 10, 2015) – McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC attorney, Alan R. Boynton Jr., has been selected as a Fellow in the Trial Lawyer Honorary Society of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).
The LCA is composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers; fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
Boynton chairs McNees’ Injunction practice group and is a member of the Litigation and Intellectual Property groups. He routinely handles trademark, copyright, trade secret, contract, non-competition, corporate governance and other business disputes in jurisdictions throughout the country.
