HARRISBURG, PA (June 29, 2016) – McNees Wallace & Nurick today announced the formation and launch of its Food and Beverage Practice Group. The group will be co-chaired by Peter “Fritz” Kriete, Of Counsel and Kimberly A. Selemba, Of Counsel.
The Food Industry and Alcohol & Beverage groups were merged to better serve the firm’s clients and assist them in navigating the many issues that arise from operating in the food and beverage industry. The group, consisting of a forwardthinking and collaborative team of attorneys, has a depth of experience working with food related clients on a national level and a keen understanding of the complex regulatory environment which permeates the industry.

The practice group represents a wide range of practice areas including, Trademark and Labeling, Liquor Regulations and Licensing, Food Growing and Processing, Food Transportation and Distribution, Crisis Management, Litigation and Conflict Resolution.
